Frequently Asked Questions
How is the frame supported on a trampoline this size?
The 17ft × 12ft XCITYX uses a multi-leg support system engineered to distribute force evenly across the frame.
This balanced leg configuration contributes to structural rigidity while maintaining responsive rebound.
Is the 17ft × 12ft XCITYX suitable for long-term skill progression?
The extended jumping platform allows users to safely develop coordination, timing, and aerial control over time.
Its calibrated suspension system maintains consistent rebound as jumping intensity increases.
What is the frame height of the 17ft × 12ft above-ground model?
The above-ground XCITYX frame is 3ft 8in to allow full spring extension and optimal rebound performance.
This height ensures the suspension system operates within its intended mechanical range.
How does the 17ft × 12ft XCITYX manage long-term metal fatigue?
The galvanized steel frame and calibrated spring system are engineered to distribute repeated force cycles across the entire structure.
This helps reduce localized stress points that can lead to premature wear.
Does the Above Ground 17ft × 12ft XCITYX come with an enclosure?
Yes. The Above Ground 17ft × 12ft XCITYX includes a compatible enclosure system designed specifically for this frame size.
The enclosure integrates with the structural design to provide secure perimeter containment without interfering with jump performance.
Akrobat Reviews
Very High quality parts. The Family loves the ground level access. We are looking forward to years of use.
I absolutely LOVE my trampoline! It gives a great bounce and is enjoyed by all members, young and old, in our family. It is very well made and installation was easier than we expected and went smoothly. I will definitely buy again!
We purchased an 14×10 in-ground trampoline for our son's 7th birthday. We are so glad that we did. He jumps on it almost every day, by himself, with us, or with his friends. We can see his physicality and strength improve every week…ours too. We can't wait to see him continue to grow with it and develop his skills even futher.
We purchased the 14ft round in ground trampoline. This has been the best purchase (aside from our lifetime playset) for our kids! The quality is amazing. We recommend this brand to anyone looking to add quality fun to their backyard play area!!
Love this trampoline!
Our grandkids, love, love our trampoline. It is very high-quality and easy to assemble, and the cover helps hold up against our Harsh Idaho winters.
Looks good, bounces higher than any trampoline I have been on. VERY happy. My kids wont get off it.
This trampoline is the best purchase I have ever made! You need one too! Even our dog loves to jump!
Fun for the whole family! Well built and quite. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering to install an inground trampoline!
